Crafted from Rolex’s corrosion-resistant 904L Oystersteel, the case is fitted with a smooth polished bezel and features a striking white dial contrasted by bold orange lightning bolt-shaped seconds hand—an homage to the original Milgauss design. The dial is further accented by bright orange minute markers and luminous white hour markers outlined in black, offering strong legibility. This model is powered by the Rolex Caliber 3131, a self-winding movement equipped with a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and a magnetic shield to ensure accuracy in environments with high electromagnetic interference. Protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, the 116400 maintains water resistance up to 100 meters and comes mounted on a solid-link Oyster bracelet with an Easylink comfort extension.
