How long does the whole process take?
Most mail-in sellers go from first contact to payment in about 24 to 48 hours: a quote typically within 10 minutes during business hours, overnight FedEx shipping, and same-day payment on arrival. Local sellers can be appraised and paid the same day at our Los Angeles showroom.
Is my quote guaranteed?
Your quote is confirmed after inspection. If your watch matches your description, the number stands. If anything differs, we call and talk it through before anything changes, and you can decline at any point with free, insured return shipping.
Who packages my watch for shipping?
FedEx does. Bring your watch and the printed label we email you to the nearest FedEx location, and the counter team will carefully package it, attach the label, and ship it, fully insured and tracked.
What should I include besides the watch?
Include the box, papers, extra bracelet links, and service records if you have them. A full set can raise your offer, but none of it is required. We buy watches without boxes or papers every day.
How will I know my watch arrived safely?

Do I need an appointment to sell in person?
