Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are processed for purchases made on WatchGuys.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, as well as our separate Return Policy and Payment Policy.
Refunds are not automatic and are only considered after a return has been properly requested, approved, shipped, received, and inspected in accordance with our Return Policy.
Relationship to Return Policy
Refund eligibility is directly tied to our Return Policy.
Before any refund can be processed, the following must occur:

Your item must qualify for a return under our Return Policy; and

Your item must be received by WatchGuys and pass inspection as an Acceptable Return.

Only after a return is approved as Acceptable will a refund be calculated and processed under this Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only if:

Your purchase is a pre-owned watch purchased online through WatchGuys.com;

Your return was initiated within the timelines set out in the Return Policy;

You complied with all shipping, packaging, labeling, and drop-off requirements; and
-
The watch and all accompanying items are received and verified in As-Shipped Condition as defined in the Return Policy.
If a returned item is classified as an Unacceptable Return under our Return Policy, a refund may be denied or adjusted at WatchGuys’ sole discretion.
Refund Calculation
When a return is approved as an Acceptable Return, the refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Original Purchase Price
minus all applicable deductions described below
The following deductions may apply:
1. Restocking Fee (Up to 10%)
A restocking fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price may be deducted to cover:

Non-refundable payment processing and merchant fees (credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted in full.

Labor associated with inspection, authentication, and handling

Administrative, compliance, and quality control procedures

Repackaging, restocking, and re-listing

Loss of market value or potential missed sale during the return period
2. Shipping and Insurance Costs
All shipping and insurance costs paid by WatchGuys for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are required to use the prepaid, insured FedEx label provided by WatchGuys in accordance with our Return Policy.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

In-store purchases

New or unworn products

All purchases made using cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable.

Orders designated as Final Sale or otherwise clearly labeled non-refundable
Refund Method
When a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment, when possible.

WatchGuys does not issue refunds in cash, money order, or to a different payment method than originally used.

For financing or “buy now, pay later” services (e.g., Affirm, ShopPay), the refund will be applied to that account in accordance with their terms.
If the original payment method is unavailable or unable to receive a refund (for example, a closed account), WatchGuys may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit or an alternative solution.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and initiated by WatchGuys:

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
WatchGuys processes refunds promptly once approved but is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions, credit card processors, or third-party payment platforms.
Partial Refunds, Adjustments, and Denials
WatchGuys reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

Issue a partial refund if the item does not fully meet As-Shipped Condition standards but is accepted with deductions;

Deduct additional fees if damage, missing items, or policy violations are discovered during inspection;

Deny a refund entirely and return the item to the customer at their expense if the return is deemed Unacceptable under the Return Policy.
Any decisions based on our inspection, documentation, and internal standards are final and non-negotiable.
Changes to This Refund Policy
WatchGuys may modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
