Shipping Policy

For any product purchased on watchguys.com, you may expect delivery of your purchased product within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. All shipments are insured by WatchGuys up to $25,000. Additional insurance will be provided for any product that exceeds $25,000. 

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Shipments are handled by FedEx and our insurance is provided by Berkley Asset Protection.

In the event that a product is lost or damaged by our shipping carrier during shipment, our insurance providers will take care of this manner but will require additional time to assess a proper investigation. If this were to occur, you may be entitled to a full refund pending the decision of our insurance provider. 

At this time, WatchGuys does not accept international purchases. WatchGuys will only accept purchases and ship orders within the United States.

Please also be advised that WatchGuys will only ship your purchased product to your billing address. WatchGuys does not accept products that are purchased using a billing and mailing address that do not match.
