Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch sold by WatchGuys carries a lifetime authenticity guarantee. Our in-house team inspects every case, dial, movement, bracelet, and serial number before a watch is listed or shipped. If it does not pass, it does not get sold.
This guarantee remains valid for the lifetime of the watch, as long as the caseback remains sealed and the watch has not been tampered with by any unauthorized party. If you ever have doubts about your watch, we strongly encourage you to take it directly to the brand's authorized dealer for verification.
Full Refund if Not as Described
If your watch arrives faulty, mechanically compromised, or varies in any way from its listing description, you are covered by our full refund policy. You do not keep a watch that is not exactly what you ordered. Contact our team within 3 calendar days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid, insured FedEx return label. Once the watch clears our video-recorded inspection, your refund is processed.
2-Year Mechanical Warranty
Every watch includes a 2-year limited mechanical warranty. If an internal movement defect arises during the warranty period, our in-house watchmakers in Los Angeles will repair or replace the affected components at no charge for parts or labor. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers mechanical movements only. Quartz watches, vintage watches, and external damage are not covered.
Insurance
Every order ships FedEx overnight with full dollar-for-dollar insurance coverage. From the moment your watch leaves our facility until it is signed for and in your hands, it is completely insured against loss or damage. A direct adult signature is required on delivery. Tracking information is provided as soon as the order ships. Most orders arrive the next business day.
