Return Policy

An Acceptable Return:

WatchGuys is committed to satisfying our customers with every purchase. Per our return policy, WatchGuys only accepts returns within 3 calendar days after the watch has been received and only if the product is returned in its original, as-shipped condition, showing no signs of visible wear or use.

If you decide to proceed with a return, you are expected to return the watch in the same accurate condition as it was sold to you with the proper paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets. If the product is returned in this stated condition and within the acceptable timeframe, WatchGuys will honor a 97% refund. The 3% is used as a re-stocking fee on all watch returns. 

Once your package reaches our headquarters it will be carefully inspected (all under video recording) by one of our experts to make certain it matches the exact condition it was sold in and if watch was purchased with box, paperwork, tags (including the “non-removable” tags), please include all of these in your package before a refund will be released. WatchGuys also does not cover shipping costs on returned products. This policy is for watches that are avialable for purchase on our websites checkout only.

*Please note: This return policy does not apply to "Inquiry Only" products or In-Store purchases as listed below. 

An Unacceptable Return / Restocking Fee:

If the product is returned within 3 calendar days of you receiving the watch in a non-original (not as-shipped) condition, WatchGuys may deny the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the watch's sale price.

Returns will not be accepted for items returned broken or with signs of tampering or misuse such as: opening the inside of watch, removing links, exchanging or replacing any part of the watch, cracked crystal, heavy scratches that cannot be removed with a polish, dented or chipped pieces on any part of the watch. WatchGuys reserves the right to deny a return they deem broke the return policy.

In-Store Purchases:

All in-store purchases are final and no returns will be accepted.

Inquiry Only Purchases:

What are Inquiry Only Products on WatchGuys?
Products available via Inquiry Only, may be recognized by products that are not outright purchasable on the cart or checkout of watchguys.com. These products will have an “INQUIRE NOW" button listed on their product page in replacement of a "BUY IT NOW" live and purchasable button.

It is important to note that while WatchGuys does guarantee the authenticity of all watches on watchguys.com, “Inquire Only” products are final sale. At which point, no returns or exchanges are acceptable for any product marked as an “INQUIRY ONLY” product.

If you would like to proceed with a return and believe that you meet the above criteria for an acceptable return, you may email us at  with subject 'Returning a Watch: Attn WatchGuys". Upon receiving your email, a WatchGuys representative will reach out to you to arrange the shipping and insurance for your item. It is important that you act fast once this email is received as we do not accept returns outside of the 3 calendar's day window from the date you originally received the watch. WatchGuys is not responsible for lost packages.
