Cancelation Policy:
At WatchGuys.com, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. While unconfirmed orders can be canceled without fees, cancellations of confirmed orders are subject to a 3-5% restock fee to cover payment processing costs. See Cancelation Policy
Acceptable Returns:
WatchGuys is committed to satisfying our customers with every purchase. Per our return policy, WatchGuys only accepts returns for pre-owned watches. These pre-owned watches are returnable within 3 calendar days of the watch being received, and only if the product is returned in its original, as-shipped condition, showing no signs of visible wear or use and with its red security sticker intact.

Unacceptable Returns:
If a product was returned within the 3 day return period, but was not returned in the same condition it was shipped, WatchGuys may deny the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 10% depending on the watch's sale price.
Returns will not be accepted for items returned broken or with signs of tampering or misuse such as: opening the inside of watch, removing links, exchanging or replacing any part of the watch, cracked crystal, heavy scratches, dented or chipped pieces on any part of the watch.

In-Store Purchases:
- All in-store purchases are FINAL sale. No returns will be accepted.

- All new/unworn purchases are FINAL sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Cryptocurrency Payments
- All transactions completed using cryptocurrencies are deemed FINAL sale. Once a purchase is made with any form of cryptocurrency, it is not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. Please ensure that your decision to use cryptocurrency as a payment method is final.
WatchGuys reserves the right to deny a return they deem broke the return policy.

If you would like to proceed with a return and believe that you meet the above criteria for an acceptable return, you may email us at sales@watchguys.com with subject "Order #xxxx: Request to Return".

Return Process:
Upon receiving your email or call, a WatchGuys representative will provide you with a prepaid and insured FedEx return shipping label. It’s important that you act quickly, as we do not accept returns outside of the 3 calendar-day window from the date you originally received the watch. Please note that WatchGuys is not responsible for lost packages.
Using the shipping label provided by WatchGuys, please package your watch in a NEW FedEx Express box. Ensure the watch is sent back in the exact condition you received it, complete with all original paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets. Once the item is packaged, please drop it off at a FedEx Print and Ship Office.
When your package reaches our headquarters, it will be carefully inspected (under video recording) by one of our experts to confirm it matches the exact condition in which it was sold. If the watch was originally purchased with a box, paperwork, or tags (including “non-removable” tags), please include all of these in your return package before a refund can be released.
After we receive and inspect the watch—confirming it meets our return criteria—WatchGuys will process a refund of the purchase price.
Please note: The refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus (1) any costs for return shipping and insurance incurred by WatchGuys, and (2) any transaction fees (e.g., credit card, Shopify Installment Financing, Shop Pay, or PayPal fees) applied at the time of purchase.
