Return Policy

WatchGuys are committed that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase and offer a 3 day return policy as long as certain conditions are followed. Watches must be unused and show no signs being worn, scratched, or altered in any way. If the watch is damaged or shows signs of wear or use that is beyond teh condition that it was delivered in, no refund will be issued. You are expected to return the watch in the same accurate condition as it was sold to you with the proper paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets.

Please call our office at (310) 399-2200 and speak to one of our team members to inform us that you will be returning the watch before you ship it and we will try to make it as easy as possible. Watches that are returned must be postmarked before the third calendar day from receiving your watch. Please note that all shipping and insurance cost is your responsibility. Please be sure to insure the package for the amount you paid for the watch. WatchGuys is not responsible for lost packages. Once your package reaches our headquarters it will be carefully inspected (all under video recording) by one of our experts to make certain it matches the exact condition it was sold in and if watch was purchased with box, paperwork, tags (including the “non-removable” tags), please include all of these in your package before a refund will be released. This policy is for watches sold online only. All in store purchases are final and no returns will be accepted.

Returns and/or refunds are not accepted for any watch that is purchased at any one of our physical locations. If you purchase a watch at our Los Angeles or South bay Store, pleas ebe advised that this purchase is Final Sale and no refunds, or trade-ins will be accepted.
