Outbound Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Secure Overnight Delivery At WatchGuys, we strive to ensure an above-standard shopping experience. To provide a quick and seamless purchasing journey, we offer fully insured overnight shipping via FedEx for a flat rate of $100.

Shipping Schedule: Packages are securely dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

Processing: Once your order is processed and payment is cleared, your watch will be shipped for next-day delivery.
2. Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Your peace of mind is our priority. Every shipment is fully insured by WatchGuys through our dedicated third-party insurance partners.

Full Value Protection: Your package is insured for the exact purchase price of the watch while in transit, guaranteeing a worry-free and secure delivery.

Active Coverage: This comprehensive coverage remains active from the moment it leaves our facility until the package is successfully signed for at its final destination.
3. Strict Address Verification (Fraud Prevention) To protect our customers and ensure a secure transaction, WatchGuys adheres to strict shipping protocols:

Billing Address Only: We will exclusively ship your purchased timepiece to the verified billing address associated with your payment method.

Matching Addresses: Orders placed with differing billing and mailing addresses will be flagged and cannot be accepted.

Domestic Only: At this time, WatchGuys exclusively processes orders and ships within the United States. We do not accept international purchases.
4. Mandatory Signature Requirements Because we are shipping high-value luxury goods, we require a direct handover to ensure the package arrives safely in your possession.

Signature Required: All shipments require a direct adult signature upon delivery.

No Rerouting: For security and insurance purposes, packages cannot be rerouted to a different address or held at an unauthorized third-party location once they are in transit. Please ensure someone is available at the billing address to sign for the package.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments In the rare event that your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier, WatchGuys and our insurance providers will immediately initiate a comprehensive investigation.

Inbound Shipping & Purchasing Policy (Customers Shipping Watches to WatchGuys)
1. Complimentary Shipping Labels & Time Limits WatchGuys (CTP LLC) provides approved sellers with a complimentary, pre-paid, and fully insured FedEx shipping label.

Same-Day Requirement: The provided shipping label must be used on the same day it is received. If it is not scanned by FedEx on the day of issuance, the label will be voided, and our initial offer will be nullified (unless an extension is provided in writing).

Authorized Use: Labels are valid only for the specific transaction initiated with WatchGuys. They must not be reused, altered, duplicated, or applied to unauthorized items. Misuse immediately voids all insurance and liability coverage.
2. Strict Packaging Guidelines To qualify for full insurance coverage and protect your luxury timepiece, you must adhere strictly to the following packaging standards:

Box Requirements: Double-box your watch using NEW FedEx boxes only (a FedEx Express Medium Tall Box is highly recommended for the outer box).

Internal Protection: Wrap your watch and/or its original luxury box securely with ample bubble wrap or packing paper to prevent any internal movement during transit.

Discretion: Do not write anything on the outside of the package that indicates its valuable contents (e.g., do not write "Watch," "Rolex," or "Jewelry").

Documentation: For your peace of mind and protection, we highly recommend taking a continuous video of yourself packing the watch, sealing the box, and handing it over to the FedEx representative.
3. Mandatory Drop-Off Procedures Insurance coverage dictates exactly how the package must be handed over to FedEx.

Official Locations Only: You must drop off the package ONLY at an Official FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.

Prohibited Locations: Our insurance strictly prohibits the use of third-party drop-off locations (e.g., Walgreens, CVS, Staples, Dollar General), unstaffed drop boxes, or automated kiosks.

Required Receipt: You must physically hand the package to a FedEx staff member and obtain a printed drop-off receipt. If your package is lost, tampered with, or stolen after being left at an unauthorized drop-off point, you will be held fully responsible, and insurance will not cover the loss.
4. Transit, Receiving, & Inspection Your package will be shipped Priority Overnight. Packages dropped off before your local FedEx cutoff time (typically 5:00 PM) are securely routed to our Downtown Los Angeles storefront (613 S Hill St, Los Angeles, CA 90014) and are typically received by noon the following day.

Video Unboxing: Upon arrival, your package will be opened and inspected under dedicated video surveillance to verify the contents and confirm the watch matches the described condition.

Evaluation & Offer Adjustments: Initial quotes are contingent upon in-person evaluation. Deductions or revised offers may apply if we discover inaccurate descriptions, cosmetic/mechanical damage, missing parts, or aftermarket components. No final payment will be issued without your approval of the final evaluation.
5. Ownership, Authority, & Authenticity By shipping an item to WatchGuys, you legally warrant that:

You are the sole legal owner or have full legal authority to sell the item.

The item is 100% authentic and free from any liens or claims.

Counterfeit Clause: The misrepresentation or attempted sale of counterfeit items will result in immediate legal action and a full refund of any amounts paid to you.
6. Insurance Terms & Liability WatchGuys insures inbound shipments under its own third-party policy.

CTP LLC is the sole insured party; the sender is not the policyholder. WatchGuys will manage any necessary claims directly with the insurer.

The maximum insurable value is strictly limited to the agreed-upon valuation prior to shipment.

Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided regarding the value, authenticity, or condition of the item automatically voids all coverage.

Any claims related to missing or delayed packages must be reported within 30 calendar days from the shipment date.
7. Payment Details Once your item is inspected and authenticated, we will finalize the purchase.

Same-Day Wire: All payments are made via Bank Wire on the same day your package is received and approved, typically before 5:00 PM PST.

Secure Processing: You will be contacted by a representative once your package is safely in-store (usually around 12:00 PM PST). Payment details are never collected upfront; they will be gathered safely via a secure DocuSign file sent in a separate email once the watch is authenticated.
