Ryan Garcia Fight Night Rolex Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored and administered by WatchGuys (Cooltimepieces LLC), located at 613 S. Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90014.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Ryan Garcia, Mario Barrios, or any affiliated parties.
2. Giveaway Condition
In honor of Ryan Garcia fighting Mario Barrios on Saturday, February 21st, WatchGuys is giving away a Rolex watch — ONLY if Ryan Garcia wins the official fight on February 21st.
If Ryan Garcia does not win the fight (including loss, draw, no contest, cancellation, or postponement), the giveaway will be void and no prize will be awarded.
3. Prize
If Ryan Garcia wins the fight, one (1) winner will receive one (1) Rolex watch.
The winner will receive one of the four watches shown in the official giveaway video, selected at the sole discretion of WatchGuys.

4. How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the giveaway period:

No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Incomplete entries may be disqualified at WatchGuys’ sole discretion.
5. Entry Period
The giveaway begins upon official announcement on WatchGuys’ Instagram and ends immediately prior to the official start of the Ryan Garcia vs. Mario Barrios fight on February 21st.
Entries submitted after the fight begins will not be eligible.
6. Winner Selection
If Ryan Garcia wins the fight, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
WatchGuys may attempt to involve Ryan Garcia in the winner selection or announcement; however, his participation is not guaranteed and is not required for the selection process to be valid.
If Ryan Garcia is unavailable, WatchGuys will independently select one (1) eligible entrant at random.
Winner will be announced via WatchGuys’ official Instagram account within two weeks (14 days) of confirmation of Ryan Garcia’s victory.
The selected winner must respond within (24) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
7. In-Person Prize Claim Requirement
The winner is required to claim the prize in person at:

The winner must:

Present a valid government-issued driver’s license or state ID

Provide a valid Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes

Complete and sign all required tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9 and any required 1099 documentation)

Sign a prize acceptance and liability release form
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Travel, lodging, and transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
Because the value of the prize exceeds $600, WatchGuys is required by law to report the prize value to the IRS and issue a Form 1099 to the winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to these tax obligations.
9. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
WatchGuys reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.
10. General Conditions
WatchGuys reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at its sole discretion

Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, automated entries, or rule violations

Refuse entries deemed incomplete, manipulated, or invalid
By entering, participants grant WatchGuys permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WatchGuys (Cooltimepieces LLC), Instagram, Ryan Garcia, Mario Barrios, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
